To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review and abide by the following pet policy: General Rules: * Prior Approval: Please inform us when booking if you plan to bring a pet, including the type and number of pets. * Supervision: Pets must be supervised while on the property and should not be left unattended for extended periods. * Noise: Please ensure your pet's behavior does not create excessive noise that could disturb neighbors. Backyard Etiquette: *MANDATORY CLEANUP: Guests are required to immediately clean up after their pet(s) in the backyard and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash receptacle. Please do not leave any pet waste in the yard. A $50 charge will be applied if pet waste is found in the backyard after your departure. Inside the Home: * Furniture: We prefer that pets are kept off furniture and beds. If your pet is accustomed to being on furniture, please use a protective cover (which you may need to provide). * Damage to Linens and Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s). This includes, but is not limited to, stains, tears, or other damage to carpets, furniture, walls, and especially linens and bedding. * Damaged or Unusable Linens: If sheets, duvet covers, towels, or other linens are stained or damaged by a pet to the extent that they cannot be cleaned or restored to their original condition, the guest will be charged for the cost of replacing these items. Any costs incurred due to a guest's pet(s) violating this policy includes the replacement of damaged linens or property, or the cleanup of pet waste left in the backyard, will be charged to the guest. We will provide documentation (photos, receipts) for any such charges. By booking a stay with your pet, you agree to adhere to this pet policy. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests! BEACH PASSES AND BEACH ACCESS PLEASE RETURN THE BEACH PASSES IN THE BINDER Failure to return the passes as instructed will result in charges covering their replacement cost and an administrative inconvenience fee. Please ensure the passes are left in the specified place to fulfill this requirement and avoid potential fees.
