No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. Quiet Hours: To respect our community, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please move all conversations indoors and keep noise levels at a respectful volume during this time. Sand & Beach Gear: We kindly ask that you keep all sandy gear (coolers, chairs, umbrellas) on the side of the house in storage rather than bringing them inside the home. Please neatly place the equipment and lock it when it’s placed back in storage. Towels: We provide designated beach towels for your outdoor use. Please do not use our indoor bath towels at the beach or for cleaning up sand. Climate Control: To keep the house fresh and the AC running efficiently in our coastal climate, please keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is active. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please ensure all trash bags are tied and placed inside the outdoor bins with the lids securely closed. Beach Passes: We provide 6 beach passes for your enjoyment. Mandatory Return: Passes must be returned to the designated binder or basket upon checkout. Loss/Non-Return Fee: Replacing lost passes is a lengthy administrative process. Failure to return passes will result in a $70 replacement fee plus a $50 administrative convenience fee. PET POLICY PLEASE READ: We understand that your furry companions are part of the family, and we're happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our home! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review and abide by the following pet policy: GENERAL RULES: * Prior Approval: Please inform us when booking if you plan to bring a pet, including the type and number of pets. * Supervision: Pets must be supervised while on the property and should not be left unattended for extended periods. * Noise: Please ensure your pet's behavior does not create excessive noise that could disturb neighbors. BACKYARD Etiquette: *MANDATORY CLEANUP: Guests are required to immediately clean up after their pet(s) in the backyard and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash receptacle. Please do not leave any pet waste in the yard. A $50+ CHARGE will be applied if pet waste is found in the backyard after your departure. So please do a thorough final sweep before your departure. Inside the Home: * Furniture: We prefer that pets are kept off furniture and beds. If your pet is accustomed to being on furniture, please use a protective cover (which you may need to provide). * Damage to Linens and Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s). This includes, but is not limited to, stains, tears, or other damage to carpets, furniture, walls, and especially linens and bedding. * Damaged or Unusable Linens: If sheets, duvet covers, towels, or other linens are stained or damaged by a pet to the extent that they cannot be cleaned or restored to their original condition, the guest will be charged for the cost of replacing these items. Any costs incurred due to a guest's pet(s) violating this policy includes the replacement of damaged linens or property, or the cleanup of pet waste left in the backyard, will be charged to the guest. We will provide documentation (photos, receipts) for any such charges. Departure Procedures: To ensure our property remains secure, please assist us with the following before you head out: Locking Up: Please ensure all windows are closed and locked, and the front/back doors are securely locked upon your departure.
